Entrance
Sobald ein Schreibtisch gebucht ist, kommt Ihr Mitarbeiter an den Arbeitsplatz. Der Willkommensbildschirm begrüßt den Mitarbeiter und informiert ihn über das Wetter und die Tageszeit.
Welcome area
If the employee did not book a space from the comfort of his home, the kiosk in the welcome area enables him to easily choose a desk to work for the day.
Elevator area
Der Bildschirm neben dem Aufzug erinnert Gäste und Mitarbeiter an Besprechungen und zeigt ihnen, wo sie bestimmte Besprechungsräume finden können, und weist ihnen den Weg.
Coffee corner
Before starting the work day, it’s time to get a cup of coffee. A display updates the employee on the latest relevant corporate news. He’s ready to get to work.
Booked desk area
Der reservierte Schreibtisch ist frei zu benutzen, natürlich mit genügend Abstand zu den Kollegen. Ein Sensor an den Tischen schaltet von grün auf rot und visualisiert so die Verfügbarkeit.
Corporate canteen
Lunch time comes around. The screen in the canteen shows the sandwich of the day, rotating between corporate news and entertaining updates.
Tagungsraum
During the day, the employee receives an invitation for a meeting. The meeting room screen notifies meeting participants of all necessary details for the upcoming meeting.
Going home
Bevor er seine Heimfahrt antritt, zeigt ein Informationsdisplay Staus und Abfahrtszeiten der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel an und hält alle auf dem Laufenden.
