PADS4 Business Update - 18 March 2020

As all of you know, the COVID-19 virus is spreading quickly. Our Dutch government does everything they can to prevent it from spreading further. We do everything we can to help and follow the advice of the National Institute for Health and Environment. Read our COVID-19 business update and find out what this means for you.

Working from home

Due to the situation, NDS employees work from home as much as possible since last week. This has not led to complications in our services, and we don’t expect this to happen. All our teams remain fully operational and we continue to deliver our software and support. The only consequence we foresee right now, is that physical client visits will have to be postponed.

Like us, many other companies work from home, and telephone connections can get congested, which makes it temporarily impossible to reach us. In this case, please send us an e-mail with your telephone number and we will call you back as soon as possible. We ask for your understanding and flexibility in this.

We would also like to express our sympathy to all people affected by the consequences of the COVID-19 virus. On behalf of everyone at NDS we wish you all the best during this difficult time.
